Hugs are free but very effective therapy in growing up your child. Hugging your baby is a very natural expression of any mother to show her love. Hugging helps kids feel secure and loved which helps them in growing up as a more balanced individual. But do you know that your hugs are helping your baby in many ways:

When you hug your little one, it activates oxytocin, the love hormone. This hormone helps in healthy growth of your baby.


A hug full of love and warmth stimulates positive vibration in your baby's body which is excellent for their brain development.

More hugs means more oxytocin. More oxytocin means better immune systems which means less trips to your pediatrician.


Hugging lowers down the tantrums in babies.


Longer the hug better the bonding with your baby.
